10th Amendment

The 10th amendment is short and sweet. It very clearly defines states rights:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively. or to the people."

As a member of No party currently my mission is to remind the elected officials of their oaths of office and uphold the constitution.

I found the following link and think it is a good start of legislation all states should pass. Please write to your state officials and lets get this government back under control. Hopefully your state has already done something but lets not stop until all 50 states remind D. C. they work for WE THE PEOPLE!
