Now is the time to act boldly and wisely –- to not only revive this economy, but to build a new foundation for lasting prosperity. Now is the time to jump-start job creation, restart lending, and invest in areas like energy, healthcare, and education that will grow our economy, even as we make hard choices to bring our deficit down. That is what my economic agenda is designed to do, and that’s what I’d like to talk to you about tonight.
It’s an agenda that begins with jobs.

INVEST IN AREAS LIKE ENERGY. HMMM CLOSE DOWN MORE THAN 50 OIL LEASES, BLOCK THE BUSH EXECUTIVE ORDER LIFTING THE BAN ON OFFSHORE OIL AND NATGAS DRILLING ON THE OCS. WAY TO CREATE JOBS! YEAH AND THE CAP AND TAX THAT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A TAX BILL IT CREATES NO JOBS GREEN OR OTHERWISE AND INCREASES OUR DEPENDENCE ON FOREIGN OIL, LIKE BECK SAYS WE SEND OUR $ OVER TO SAUDI FOR OIL AND THEN WE BORROW SAME $ BACK. HOW STUPID AND DANGEROUS IS THAT? UM YEAH HEALTH CARE MORE ENTITLEMENT & FEWER FREEDOMS FOR ALL - GOTTA LOVE IT. I BELIEVE NOBAMA MIS-SPOKE THERE AT THE END, HE MEANT HIS AGENDA IS MEANT TO INCREASE THE DEFICIT.
